Hello, I am offering a room in a ground-floor house with a garden. Dedicated entrance. Shared living room-kitchen (17 m2), 2 shower-sink-toilet units. Highly equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, range hood, coffee machine... storage, 3 fridges, 1 freezer). Also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 bedrooms of 11 m2 at €550, 1 of 14 m2 at €500, 2 of 15 m2 separate from the shared housing (upstairs) at €400. All with locks. Concierge services provided by me. Transport is a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Paris Denfert or Montparnasse in 30 minutes total. Bedrooms: Loft bed with wardrobe underneath, desk, dresser. Close to Paris-Saclay University: IUT Sceaux, Fontenay-aux-Roses site, Jean Monnet Faculty, Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (IEI), Paris Sud University, Fontenay-aux-Roses University College. Marie Curie high school preparatory classes in Sceaux. DENFERT ROCHEREAU is 15 minutes away by RER.
