Description
Fully renovated stone house with a large, wooded garden, situated in a quiet, green setting, close to amenities (shops, Juvisy RER D train station 6 minutes away by bike or bus, leisure center), which I am offering for co-living (for two women only). The house is spacious, allowing for privacy while also providing space to share meals and evenings, enjoy quiet moments or more festive gatherings, and relax in the garden. The idea is for the tenant to feel at home, to sometimes have some alone time (when I go out or away for the weekend), invite friends over, work remotely, all in the company of my two cats, Miette and Guizmo :). The roommate will have her own private bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe, and access to a desk if she wishes to work from home. She will have access to the garden (table, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue) and to the basement where she can store her belongings, a bicycle, etc... Don't hesitate to write to me!
