Hello, we are looking for our fourth roommate. We are looking for someone who is studious, tidy, and clean.
The shared apartment is located in Tourcoing, close to Clémenceau Park and the Colbert metro station, as well as several bus lines. The city center is within walking distance. Our house, measuring 115 m², is very bright and comfortable. It offers spacious common areas, including a 44 m² living room with a bar and fireplace, a television, internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, blender, toaster, and more. Dishes are provided. The house also has a washing machine, a modern bathroom, and two toilets.
Each room is equipped with a 140x190 bed (bed linen provided), a desk with chair and armchair, storage, as well as Internet and TV sockets.
