Description
Looking for a roommate to share my apartment in a comfortable, upscale building. I'm 74 years old, very friendly, and live alone. I should mention that I'm bisexual to avoid any misunderstandings later on. I'm very open-minded and enjoy socializing.
The entire apartment is to be shared without restrictions. We can eat meals together, and I can take care of the cleaning.
Visits from other people are limited to maintain the building's high standards.
A deposit is required for the keys and access badge upon arrival (cash, returned upon return of both). Laundry service is offered once a week. Linens are provided for two weeks.
A security deposit is also required upon arrival by check, which will not be cashed unless there is a dispute.
I am a non-smoker, and this is non-negotiable.
The monthly rate is preferential for full-month rentals.
