I am offering the second floor of my house as a co-ed shared housing arrangement with individual leases. The apartment is furnished for students, interns, or employees. Located in a quiet and sunny residential area, the house is ideally situated near a fitness trail, offering a green setting for sports enthusiasts in Chambéry. The bedrooms have 190 x 90 cm beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 2 showers and 2 toilets. The living room, which includes a balcony, offers a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. A washing machine is available for use. The location is convenient, fifteen to twenty minutes from the city centre on foot or by bus, with the stop just 100 metres away. Free parking available.
A security deposit is required in accordance with applicable legislation. Additionally, a damage deposit cheque intended to cover cleaning costs for common areas and the bedroom is requested. This cheque will not be cashed, provided that the cleaning is completed before the tenant's departure.

J'aimerais remercier Gilles pour son accueil dans la maison qui a été gérée un peu à la dernière minute. Il s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant pour permettre mon séjour. Sa localité est très bien située et facilement accessible depuis le centre ville de Chambéry ainsi que des axes routiers. Un parking à disposition des locataires et un espace commun dédié aux chambres en location donnent de la valeur à cet hébérgement. Merci encore pour le séjour.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Gilles. C’est un hôte très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service, tout comme les colocataires qui créent une ambiance conviviale et agréable. La chambre est confortable et offre une vue incroyable sur toute la ville de Chambéry et les montagnes alentours — un vrai plaisir au quotidien. Le logement est bien situé à Bassens, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Je recommande vivement !
