Description
I am offering a room with a sea view in our home; it is bright and equipped with storage and a desk. The house is located a 5-minute walk from the Bleuets beach in Saint-Laurent, close to shops (pharmacy, Spar, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office) and a bus line 50 metres away that serves Saint-Brieuc, the train station, and Plérin.
The room is on the first floor and is adjacent to a bathroom and a toilet. There are two of us living here, and one of us works remotely three days a week on the ground floor. There is a small dog, a young cat, and the floorboards sometimes creak. The kitchen and toilet are shared. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
The atmosphere is family-oriented. This room is suitable for a student, an intern, or an apprentice. If you are away on weekends, those nights are not charged. It is possible to book an initial week from Monday to Thursday, for example, and subsequent weeks in the same way.
