Located right near the metro, on a quiet street at the entrance to the Saint-Ouen flea market district and a 20-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur, this townhouse is set in a converted former industrial building across three levels: - Ground floor: two 10 m² bedrooms with their own bathroom and separate toilet. One of these rooms is available for rent here. The other is occupied every other week by our 14-year-old daughter, who has a quiet temperament. There is also a laundry room on this level. - 1st floor: a 55 m² open-plan living area in a loft style with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room opening onto a 19 m² terrace. - 2nd floor: our master bedroom and our youngest child's room (2 years old). On every floor: two cats (one skittish and one very affectionate). If you have allergies, we are not the right home for you. Kindness and inclusivity are essential.
