Ideal for rentals of a few months for professional reasons, or for students (Émile Mathis tram lines A and E less than 10 minutes walk), good internet connection (fiber), desk in the room. This is a room intended for one person but it is possible to occasionally accommodate friends depending on the period and on request. Balcony with unobstructed view (see photo). Smoking is possible on the balcony.

I live in the apartment and my children (between 13 and 21 years old) come during half of the holidays. I occasionally welcome my partner's dog but in general there are no animals.
