Recently renovated apartment on the 7th floor (with elevator) in Nice West. We are looking for a responsible tenant. The bright bedroom, with a balcony offering a lovely view, is furnished with a desk, a double bed, and a wardrobe.

The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the bus stop and the Carlone Faculty of Arts, 10 minutes from the tram and the beach. The center of Nice is easily accessible in 20 minutes.

The tenant will have access to laundry facilities. For meals, she can freely use the kitchen and will have designated space in the refrigerator and cupboard.

I am a mother of two children, one of whom lives in Paris (this room was his). Currently, there are two of us in the apartment: my 11-year-old son and myself. We also have a very friendly, large cat.
