En cohabitation : je propose à la location une chambre meublée dans mon appartement, idéalement situé à seulement 5-8 minutes à pied du campus de l'EPFL. L'arrêt de métro M1 (Cerisaie) se trouve à moins de 5 minutes, et les commerces tels que Denner, Migros et Lidl sont également à proximité (station Cerisaie, EPFL et le centre commercial d'Ecublens).
L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec une machine à laver privée (en plus de la buanderie commune de l'immeuble), un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes, un four traditionnel, et une cuisine complète avec pots, plats et couverts.
Concernant les conditions de vie, vous bénéficierez de beaucoup d'intimité : je suis régulièrement absent, et même lorsque je suis présent, je suis généralement de sortie pendant les heures de travail, souvent le soir, et je suis très discret.
Toutes les charges sont incluses : WiFi, électricité, chauffage et eau. Il s'agit d'un appartement non-fumeur.
Je recherche une personne qui sait vivre en colocation : qui garde les espaces communs propres, sort les poubelles quand il le faut (surtout en mon absence).
