Our roommate Luc has just finished his studies and is leaving us for new adventures far from Paris.

🛏️ THE BEDROOM: A dozen square meters, with a double bed and plenty of storage space with bedding included. Storage cupboards available. A cleaning service is included, once a week, bath and bed linen are included.

📍 THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Aubervilliers, in a quiet street (rue du Tournant). 5 minutes walk from the new Mairie d’Aubervilliers and Aimé Césaire metro stations (line 12). 10 minutes by bus (20 minutes on foot) from RER B Plaine-Stade de France. 3 Vélib stations 3 minutes walk away. Shops nearby (Auchan, Monoprix, etc.). The canal is right next to us (perfect for aperitifs with roommates in the summer). The apartment is located in a brand new building.
