I am looking to share my 2-storey house, which features a sunroom and a courtyard in Vichy, near City Hall, the train station, the city centre, the university, and various schools on Rue Fleury. I am offering a room on the 2nd floor of my house for a student. It is a sloping-ceiling room with a large window, a 1.40m bed, a desk, shelves, a nightstand, a wardrobe, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan (bed linens and towels are provided). The bathroom has a shower (hairdryer, ironing board). The separate toilet is on the 1st floor and is reserved for the tenant. Shared kitchen (with refrigerator and cupboard), dishwasher, and microwave. In an adjoining room, there is a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi connection included. Rent is €400 (utilities included, no security deposit). Rental accessible to minors with parental consent.
