Utilities are not included; I calculate them based on actual consumption (at best) as it is cheaper than applying a flat rate. House in a quiet residential area, 16 m2 room on the 1st floor. Very few electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided on the desk in the room. If needed, I will show the tenant how to enable Wi-Fi on the router. 5G is not allowed, only 4G. When the tenant goes to sleep, they are requested to set their mobile to airplane mode and turn off Wi-Fi if enabled :) Two tenants (non-smokers and non-drinkers) in this house. Bus at a 6-minute walk to the station/University Orsay Paris-Saclay, or the Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, or Massy/Palaiseau station, or the Ulis shopping centre. Courtaboeuf business park accessible by bus or on foot. Grand Frais, Picard, and La Vie Claire stores are a 3-minute walk away. Ulis shopping centre is a 17-minute walk away. Chinese restaurant at 3 minutes walk, Moroccan restaurant (also takeout) at 7 minutes walk.

Thank you Corinne for everything, my room was perfect and Corinne was helpful about any issue. It took me 30mins to get to Paris-Saclay from the house(with a bus). I had all the thing i needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My stay was calm, cozy and full of joy.
