House near the Talence universities. Spacious and quiet house, with a garden, singing birds, and a fireplace for the winter. Two rooms are already rented, one by Maelys, 20, in a sports studies program, and the other by Aliénor, 19, at Sciences Po. The largest room is available, with a private veranda. It is east-facing, bright, with hardwood floors and furnished. Everything is included: water, electricity, gas, heating, wifi... APL accepted.
The B tram line is an 8-minute walk away, at the "Arts et Métiers" stop. I'm Sylvie, the host, and I also live in this house from time to time as I have another house in the Dordogne.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. Quiet atmosphere... but good food and laughter!
