Located just steps from the naturist beach of Bréville-sur-Mer, near Granville, this accommodation requires residents to have their own means of transportation for travel, work, and access to shops.

This shared apartment is not suitable for couples or children. The search is for a single person, as the cost is per person.

Free shuttle buses are available near the house during the summer months, facilitating access to the center of Granville.

Please note that it is not possible to establish your primary residence at this address. A contribution towards general expenses (electricity, water, etc.) is required. The house can accommodate seasonal roommates who are gay-friendly, particularly during the summer. As a property owner, I also collaborate with other accommodation platforms, and it's good to know that we're located not far from Granville Beach.
