I am offering this 17m² room in a lovely 60m² shared apartment, ideally located in Tassin la Demi Lune, close to bus lines C21, 72, and 14, 12 minutes from Gorge de Loup and 20 minutes from Bellecour.
The apartment is fully equipped with appliances: washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, and a smart TV.
The living room is bright and has a balcony overlooking a large courtyard within the residence, featuring green spaces and pétanque courts. Parking is also available on-site.
My roommate, Baptiste, is very pleasant, always open to conversation, and a very easy-going person. The shared living arrangement went very well.
