L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour ce rendre à l’université ou dans les commerces du centre-ville. Les chambres sont correctement équipés (lit double, bureau, armoire…) et sécurisé avec une serrure. L ’appartement est relativement bien équipé, il dispose d’un four, machine à laver….. La propriétaire et réactive en cas de sollicitation. Le wifi est disponible et fonctionne plutôt bien. Cependant certains points sont à revoir : Les radiateurs sont pilotés à distance par la propriétaire il est donc impossible de modifier la température même quand il fait froid. Les vitres d’origine sont en simple vitrage, une rénovation en panneaux vitrés a été réalisé par l’intérieur mais l’ouverture des fenêtres est difficile car les panneaux doivent être retirés pour aéré et ils sont lourd. Le frigo est trop petit pour 4 personnes. La propreté du logement est vraiment à revoir, il y a de la crasse et de la moisissure dans la douche, le four ainsi que le frigo et l’ensemble de l’appartement ne sont vraiment pas propre.
