Located in the heart of Montmartre, on the top floor with an elevator, the apartment is a true Parisian gem offering a panoramic view and spectacular sunsets. The bedroom is a bright and comfortable haven, well-heated in winter and well-ventilated in summer. It is equipped with a single bed, a table, a clothes rack, shelves, and Wi-Fi access. Perfect as a pied-à-terre for working or studying. You have access to the well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo and a washer-dryer. The toilet is separate. Security is ensured with an entry code and an intercom. Close to amenities and public transit: Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station (2 minutes away). As hosts, the other bedroom will be occupied by us as a couple. Ideally, we are looking for a freelancer or a student who is active during the day and quiet in the evening. Perfect for studying and retreating into a zen space.
