I live in a spacious apartment that has four rooms: a kitchen and living room, an office, my own bedroom, and another bedroom that I would like to rent out. This apartment is located in a four-story building in the downtown core, in a pedestrian area, close to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the ferry terminal. The building houses two businesses that share the ground floor and the second floor, as well as offices and an activity centre (yoga, dance, music) on the third floor. On the fourth floor are four apartments, and there are two more on the fifth floor. The pedestrian neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet, though sometimes a bit lively in the evening. A small local produce market is held every day except Monday, and a large market takes place every week. The bedroom is quite large, quiet, and has a 1.6-metre bed. Its window overlooks an inner courtyard.
