English teacher offers a room in a shared housing apartment in a pleasant neighbourhood. Located right in the heart of Ainay, near Place Carnot and the Ampère metro station, this 90 m² apartment features herringbone parquet flooring and two marble fireplaces. Furnished, it comes with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop. Plenty of storage space is available in the living room and the hallway. The room is offered with a bed, a desk, and storage closets. Large walk-in closet to share in the entrance hall. Large living area with a U-shaped sofa and a large TV. Ideal for an international student or Erasmus participant.
An important note: I have a French Bulldog (she is adorable and does not bark). I am passionate about cinema and video games (I have a PS5). I also enjoy sharing good times over a drink or a nice meal. Very open-minded, I am LGBTQIA+ friendly.
