Room in Malasaña, Central Madrid (Madrid - 28015)

Hello, I am subletting a room in my apartment.

📍 Plaza de España / Malasaña area
Metro lines 2, 3, and 10 are just a 2-3 minute walk away.

The room has a balcony with views of a street with no shops, so it is very quiet.

The apartment includes:

• 1 bathroom
• 1 living room with a balcony
• 2 bedrooms in total — I live in the other one
• 1 fully equipped kitchen

Message me privately if you would like more photos, videos, or additional information.
