Description
We are offering a room for rent in our house, where we live with two adults, three children, a cat, and a dog. The rate includes water, electricity, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and internet access. Food and recurring repairs, such as running out of butter for a slice of toast, are not included.
For light sleepers, it's good to know that roosters crow early and, unfortunately, a neighbor's dog may bark during the night. We're trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
We prioritize self-sufficient and independent individuals. We'd be happy to share walks, hikes, and occasional meals. See you soon.
The swimming pool is operational.
PS: This is a cohabitation offer and not a seasonal rental; therefore, we do not favor stays of less than seven days.
