Access to the kitchen and living room is permitted. The room opens onto a balcony and has a private bathroom with a shower, reserved for the occupants of that room. The apartment also includes a lovely outdoor terrace and a balcony running the length of the bedroom level.
The metro is easily accessible. Alternatively, a bus can take you to the metro. The nearest metro station is Raymond Queneau Pantin on line 5. Further up, in Romainville, line 11 provides quick access to Châtelet.
The location is quiet, ideal for studying or relaxing. A park is just a few minutes' walk away. A market has recently opened between the metro station and the apartment, and stores such as Grand Frais and Picard will be opening soon.
