Room in a quiet villa with swimming pool and wooded garden (Villefranche-De-Lauragais - 31290)

Hello, I occasionally rent out a room in my air-conditioned home, located in a particularly quiet area. I am not on-site very often. I naturally welcome guests who are respectful of the property. Please make sure to register with the exact number of guests. Sixty-five/1 four-hundred/week, pool until mid-November. Discounted rates. Everything included: household linens, fiber optic internet, access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace, garden, and pool without any overlooking neighbors. Do not hesitate to ask for the rate for couples; in that case, 3 nights maximum (two people per room).
