Description
As a young retiree, I've just moved into a new house and I'm offering a room for rent with a private bathroom and toilet, ideally suited for a non-smoking student or apprentice. My children occasionally visit for weekends and use this room.
The room is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), two pillows, and a duvet (220 x 240 cm). I do not provide bed linen or towels.
I provide the necessary dishes and cooking utensils for breakfast or simple meals (which can be reheated in the microwave or air fryer). Everything must be left clean after use. I am quite particular about hygiene, respect for others, and the environment.
There is a small dog and a cat in the house.
The exterior is not yet fenced or lawned, but there is a gravel patio with a table and chairs, and parking.
