Due to my frequent travels, I am offering a room for sublet in my four-room duplex located in Geneva. Located five minutes from the University of Geneva, tram lines 15 and 17 as well as bus 11 are accessible right at the foot of the building. The security deposit is refundable if no damage or unpaid charges are noted. The dual-aspect apartment includes an entrance, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets. A cleaner comes once a week to ensure the complete maintenance of the apartment (products included). Smokers are accepted, but only on the landing or the balcony.

Lovely place the tram is 1 minute away and the place is the same as the picture the landlady Sisi is very nice and Fabio the flatmate is very helpful and friendly :)

Cozy room with all utilities that you need, Sisi the landlady is very helpful and treats you as a family member. It was a very enjoyable stay of 1 month with Sisi and her adorable cat.
