Room for Workers, Work-Study Students or Students (Montpellier - 34070)

Located in Montpellier's Grand M district, I offer a lovely room with a private balcony for rent, for one person only. A little outside the city center, my apartment is near Rue Gilles Martinet, where all local shops are within 400 meters.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a small refrigerator, and a wardrobe. A balcony with outdoor furniture completes your private space.

The shared facilities include the toilet, bathroom, and a small kitchenette (oven and microwave available, but no cooking facilities).

The apartment is not accessible during the day. I am looking for quiet guests who are very discreet in the mornings and evenings.

Arrivals will be arranged according to my availability. Towels, soap, shampoo, and hot drinks will be provided.
