The house is located in Gembloux, at 24B Avenue des Combattants, in a quiet courtyard, a 15-minute walk from the train station, close to the city center and the university.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 cellar

1st floor: large living room with lounge, dining room, and kitchen, plus 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet

2nd floor: 1 office + 1 converted attic
