I'm transforming my guesthouse into a "shared home." It's a beautifully renovated village house, tastefully done. I live here with my three children, who are with me every other week, and my two cats. The house is large enough for everyone to have their privacy. The rental includes a bedroom with a bathroom, a small fridge, and a corner with a table, kettle, and Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen can be used in exceptional circumstances. Wi-Fi, heating, water, washing machine, etc., are all included in the utilities.
