Hello,
I am renting a room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) in our apartment located in a secure residence with elevator. This space is ideal for families and is close to all amenities.
Regarding the location, it is ideal:
- The RER A is accessible in 2 minutes on foot, allowing you to reach Paris in 5 minutes and Châtelet-Les-Halles in 15 minutes.
- Buses are also nearby to go to the Bois et Château de Vincennes, in Nogent-sur-Marne, and Champigny-sur-Marne.
As for the equipment, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a kettle, etc. The toilets are separate from the bathroom, thus ensuring more comfort.
We are a sociable couple (28 and 32 years old), who love to cook and share friendly moments. You are welcome, whether you want to share a meal with us or prefer to enjoy your peace and quiet.

Yuan etant en déplacement c’est son mari David qui nous accueillit, il etait d’une gentillesse et répondait à tout nos besoins ! Il nous a meme apporté un petit dejeuner et un petit goûté juste délicieux ( merci encore ! ) les draps sont propres et l’endroit est propre egalement bien sur si vous voulez un endroit au top allez plutôt dans un hotel mais si vous aimez etre accueilli avec gentillesse je vous recommande vivement ! Le cartier est calme et l’endroit est vraiment proche du metro c’est vraiment genial ! Je les remercie encore de nous avoir accueilli aussi chaleureusement ! ❤️

Yuan est vraiment très gentille. Très bon accueil. Chambre impeccable, un petit peu moins les autres pièces à partager mais bon. Immeuble très bien situé niveau transports et pour faires des courses.
