Hello,
I am renting a room in my apartment located on Vulliemin Avenue. I am often away for extended periods, so you would have the apartment to yourself most of the time. The apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms (yours and mine). It offers a lovely view of the city and the lake, but it does not have a balcony or elevator (4th floor). Although older, it is very well maintained. The laundry room is shared and available once a week.
I am looking for someone quiet and very respectful who will help keep the apartment perfectly tidy and clean at all times. LGBT-friendly.
