A couple in their forties rents a room for one or two people on the first floor of a 1940s house near Montpellier city center. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the owners. There is a paid parking space in front of the house, or you can park in the Auchan parking lot a 5-minute walk away. Evening meals and breakfast are available for an additional fee with advance notice; otherwise, a kitchen is available for guests' use. Auchan and Netto supermarkets are a 5-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Small, clean dogs and cats are welcome (a small dog already lives on the premises). The house is a 10-minute walk from Place de la Comédie (city center with the opera house), and two tram stops are a 5-minute walk from the house, providing a 5-minute connection to the city center. The Saint Roch train station is a 5-stop tram ride away. The area is very quiet. If you would like to visit Montpellier, please feel free to contact us.
