It's a spacious apartment, about 70 m², very pleasant to live in thanks to its high ceilings and brightness. The bedroom overlooks a treed park, offering a peaceful environment. Located near Parc des Trinitaires and close to Parc Jouvet, the location is ideal: five minutes from downtown and ten minutes from the train station. I am a freelance architect-urban planner, I work from home and I enjoy discussing various topics. I have a cat, Marti, who is both playful and affectionate. Therefore, it's important not to be allergic to cats.
