Room for rent in our Haussmannian apartment located very close to the Butte-aux-Cailles district, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Very accessible by public transport (Bus just downstairs, Metro nearby & RER nearby).

It is a lively neighborhood, where you can find many small shops as well as supermarkets, which is convenient for shopping. But also cafes, bistros, bars... In short, plenty to do! The Italie 2 shopping center is about a 10-minute walk away, where you can find many stores (clothing, high-tech, jewelry, IKEA, etc.).

The magnificent Montsouris Park is just a few minutes' walk away, very practical when you want to escape for a bit and find yourself in a natural, calm and peaceful environment.

We are an active couple, both working & are already used to welcoming people to our home. The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, a good point for your peace and quiet.
