I'm offering a 10 m² private room with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk in my apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building without an elevator, in the heart of Concarneau. You'll have access to the entire apartment: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and south-facing living room with a balcony and sea view, all of which you'll share with me.
You'll have no difficulty parking, as parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. All amenities and shops, including the covered market, the walled city, the marina, a mini-market, bars and restaurants, and all the amenities are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.
I can provide a television in the bedroom with an Amazon Fire Stick, allowing you to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Plex, Disney+, etc.
