The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area and washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, as well as a balcony and a loggia. Access to the living room is restricted to separate the dog from the rest of the apartment.

For travel, the TVM bus is directly outside the residence, providing a connection to the RER B at Croix de Berny in 10 minutes or the M14 at Chevilly-Larue in 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is in close proximity to La Cérisaie, where various shops are located (Darty, Gifi, Lidl, Action, etc.).

It is important to note that the shared apartment is not open to couples or duos. We place great importance on peace and quiet, cleanliness, and hygiene. It is requested that the bathroom, kitchen, and toilets be kept clean.

I have a dog, a French bulldog, who, although he may seem imposing, rarely barks and stays with me mainly in the living room, separated by a fence. People with dog allergies, lack of patience, or who do not like animals are asked to refrain.
