Furnished room for rent - for students only - in a comfortable and quiet 4.5-room duplex apartment in Bramois. It is located a 5-minute walk from bus stops, 10 minutes by bike from the hospital, and a 10-minute walk from the Institut Kurt Bosch (UNIL Bramois). The bathroom is to be shared with my two daughters, aged 12 and 11 (who are here every other weekend). The kitchen, living room, balcony, as well as the washer and dryer are available for common use. WiFi included. Secure bike storage available, and public parking 200 metres away. The room is available starting in January 2027. Rental duration to be discussed. Rent is CHF 500/month, utilities included.
