Description
A single room or two single rooms in an accessory apartment in an old farmhouse, with a separate entrance, furnished, for monthly rental or the entire apartment by arrangement, to clean, quiet guests. Free use of WiFi in the house. No smoking of any kind (only outside on the garden patio), no alcohol. Visitors must be registered. No overnight guests. We live upstairs in the house.
It is an old house. We keep it clean, but there is some wear and tear here and there. Simple living at an affordable price. We still ask that you maintain a reasonably clean living environment. Shower and toilet are shared for two rooms. No common activities are planned. We heat with wood. Parking in front of the house for use during the stay.
Laundry washing and dryer: CHF 5 per load. Cleaning of the toilet and hallway, as well as waste disposal, visible and rough cleaning of the rooms once a week by the host. Kitchenette, no full kitchen!
