In a quiet residential area, our house can accommodate you so you can spend your months or years of study in Toulouse. We are a 10-minute bus ride from metro line B, as well as from Paul Sabatier University and the Faculty of Medicine.
Our house is therefore to be shared with us. You will, of course, have your own private room.
We have been renting for six years now, and everything has always gone smoothly with our various tenants, who come from all over France and the world. We can provide you with any assistance you may need with administrative procedures or other matters. The rental is eligible for housing assistance (APL).

Très bon séjour. Cathérine et Jean-Pierre sont très acceuillants. La maison est très bien et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les transports en commun permettent d'arriver rapidement au centre ville.
Rien a redire. Logement est situé dans un quartier calme, les ligne de bus sont à proximité (115,54 et 34). La chambre est spacieuse avec suffisamment d'espace pour le rangement. Les espace commun sont également très bien. Propriétaire super sympa et arrangeant. J'ai passé un super séjour, je recommande et ce serait avec plaisir que je réserverai de nouveau si besoin.
Un super accueil, avec des personnes extrêmement agréables. Recommandation pour tous/tes.
