Large room in a large house located in Ronchin. We offer 4 rooms for rent with individual leases that are eligible for APL for long stays. On the landing, there is a kitchen area equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Each room is equipped with a desk, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe and a bedside table. The house is located in a quiet area, well served by public transport and close to shops. It is also close to the sports faculty, the Pierre Mauroy stadium, the Faidherbe high school, Gaston Berger and the faculty of sciences in Pont de Bois.

The room itself was pretty neat. Even had its own fridge and sink which is definitely a huge plus. Communication with Colette was quick and uncomplicated. The only downside for me was the cleanliness of kitchen, shower and toilet. They are cleaned regularly, but clearly not thoroughly enough. All in all I would recommend the location. It doesn't take long to get to the center of Lille, there's an Aldi next door and the price is reasonable for what you get.
