For rent, large room in a seven-room detached house, located in a quiet and green neighbourhood, on the edge of the forest, while remaining close to amenities. The bathroom is shared with two male roommates aged 28 and 35. A parking space is available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required. I am looking for a French-speaking man aged 40 or under, who is calm, respectful, clean, and appreciates a harmonious shared housing arrangement.
