Hello, room for rent in a homestay in a house occupied by the host. I have been renting out a room in our house since 2010! I therefore have extensive experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms for rent, preferably to students, but I will consider all proposals. Apprentices are also welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a town adjacent to La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico buses 3, 12 and bike-sharing nearby). CESI and the CFA are less than a 10-minute walk away.
