The room is clean and well-maintained. The bedding and linens are cleaned regularly. Two cats live in the house. They spend most of their time outdoors. Pets are accepted, specifically cats. Ideal for a young professional or student. Easy parking in front of the house. I will not be at home much, only a few days a month, specifically some weekends. I am looking for someone self-sufficient for meals and light cleaning of common areas.
