I am renting the second bedroom in my apartment located across from the Vallier pool, 15 min by metro from Saint Charles train station.
Fully furnished/equipped, it is 71 m² with plenty of storage space if needed.
Kitchen / pantry / living room / bathroom / toilet are shared.
All types of shops available in the neighbourhood.
Vallier pool & stadium (athletics track, basketball & handball courts) in immediate proximity.
8 min walk to Parc Longchamp and 20 min to La Timone.

Baptiste est un hôte généreux, amical et très arrangeant ! L'appart est spacieux, décoré avec goût et très bien situé (tout ce que vous voulez de cafés, commerces et bars dans un rayon de quelques minutes à pied). L'avenue dehors est bruyante mais les fenêtres isolent du brouhaha ambiant et on y dort fort bien. N'hésitez pas, foncez !
I had a really nice stay at Baptiste's place in Marseille. The room was comfortable, the location was great for getting around the city, and everything was exactly as described. Baptiste was friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond if I had any questions. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marseille.
