Beautiful two-story house of 140 square meters 5 minutes from Montauban. On the ground floor, a living room and an open kitchen of 55 square meters, a storeroom of 6 square meters, as well as a shower with toilet of 7 square meters. Upstairs, four large bedrooms and a bathroom of 10 square meters with toilet, plus an additional separate toilet at the end of the corridor. New house since November, equipped with reversible air conditioning in each room. The house is very pleasant and has a garden of approximately 800 square meters. I live in this house all year round, and my two sons are present every other week. A respectful person is expected.
