We rent this comfortable room, with an opening onto a balcony overlooking the street, located in a quiet area close to public transport and shops, 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe with hangers, a mirror and parquet flooring, the bathroom and toilet are shared with the residents of the home. You can park your car in a free space in front of the room.
Access to the room is via a shared entrance with the other rooms of the house. When you leave, you will have to remove the sheets, group them in the room with the used towels, and throw away your waste. A smoking area is set up at the back of the house.
We cannot rent by the year or by the month 😊.
