As homeowners with a house and garden in a quiet neighbourhood south of Angers, we offer a furnished room for rent in a shared housing setup (for one person) of approximately 12 m² (including a sofa bed, shelf, nightstand, desk, TV, kitchen table, and closet) in our basement, which has recently been converted into an apartment. The entrance is private. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, electric stovetop), and there is a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. Bed sheets and towels are not provided. Close to shops and public transit, with easy parking.
