Description
For a student, starting in September for the school year, large homestay room available. Available only on weekdays and outside of school holidays, 4 nights from Monday to Friday, while my daughter is at boarding school. Room features a double loft bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage, and a large balcony. Wi-Fi included. Located in an extremely quiet neighborhood very close to Place Jean Jaurès in Mérignac Capeyron. Lianes 2, 16, 35, G bus lines (serving Grand Lebrun, Tivoli, Notre Dame, train station, etc.). Parking space available in front of the house. Half-board included (breakfast and dinner x4). We are looking for a reliable person who wants a quiet environment for studying but within a family atmosphere. There are other teenagers in the house.
