Description
Room on the upper floor of our house for a single person - students or internships. Queen-size bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, Wi-Fi. On the main floor, shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The living room is our private space. Hosts present: Marylise and Frédéric, 61 and 65 years old, with a very friendly dog (your dog accepted after discussion and prior agreement). Another tenant also occupies a neighbouring room. Smoking is permitted in the garden. Bus lines D HNS for downtown (15-min ride). Bus 4 for the FACULTIES at the foot of the house (20-min ride max). Access to Brest north exit 3 min by car. Local shops within a 5-min walk (pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, tobacco shop/newsstand, pizzeria, Friday morning market). Woods and river within a 5-min walk. Please introduce yourself when you book. Verified profiles and identities only.

Accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre familial. Tout a été fait pour que nous soyons confortablement installé (chambre parfaite). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges et la disponibilité de Marilyse et Frédéric durant notre passage chez eux. C’était parfait !
