Room for rent overlooking a tree-lined pedestrian walkway and a large, recently renovated sunny terrace. It is furnished with a very comfortable sofa bed (equivalent to a good mattress), a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a large desk. A kettle and coffee maker, with coffee and tea capsules provided, as well as Wi-Fi internet access, are available. The terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared.
I also offer breakfasts and dinners for a more convivial atmosphere.
The room is located right next to the Noisiel RER station, offering easy access to public transport. It also benefits from a wide variety of local shops and a shopping center. Numerous green spaces, including a forest, a lake, and a large park, enhance the surroundings. The Château de Champs-sur-Marne is also easily accessible.

Évelyne est une hôtesse accueillante, prévenante, au petit soin pour ses visiteurs, la chambre est conforme à l'annonce avec un accès sur une terrasse surplombant une allée ombragée, le quartier est calme, la proximité de la gare RER Noisiel est un plus, tout comme les commerces.
